This policy explains what StudioHawk, Inc. ("StudioHawk", "we", "us") collects on this website and how we use it. It covers the Own AI Search event pages, registration forms, checkout and post-purchase pages.

1. What we collect

• Registration details. Name, email, phone, website and the answers you give in our registration and application forms. Form answers are saved as you type, so if you start a form and do not finish it, we may still hold the details you entered and may follow up with you about completing your registration.
• Survey answers. If you fill in the post-purchase survey (for example, what you want to learn), we keep those answers with your registration so we can shape the sessions.
• Payment confirmation. Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them. We receive confirmation of your purchase and the email you paid with.
• Usage data. Pages viewed, sections scrolled, video watch progress and similar engagement signals, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
• Public website data. If you give us your business website, we may look up publicly available SEO data about that domain (for example estimated organic traffic) to prepare for the Event or a call.

2. How we use it

• To deliver the Event: confirmations, joining links, reminders and resources by email and, if you tick the text-message box at checkout, by text message.
• To follow up about our services, including inviting you to an audit call. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
• To improve these pages and the Event, using aggregate engagement data.
• To prevent spam and abuse of our forms.

Text messages

If you tick the text-message box at checkout, we use your mobile number only to text you about the event you registered for. Agreeing to texts is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

3. Tools we use

We use a small set of service providers to run this funnel, each receiving only what it needs: Stripe (payments), HubSpot (CRM, email and SMS), Sinch (text message delivery), Zoom (the live event), Cloudflare (hosting and secure form storage), Google Analytics, Meta ads tools and similar analytics (site usage and ad measurement), Vimeo (embedded videos), Slack (internal new-registration alerts to our team) and Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection). We do not sell your personal information. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and local storage for analytics, ad measurement and remembering your form progress. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; the forms and event pages will still work.

5. Retention

Form and engagement records held in our secure edge storage expire automatically after 60 days, except records of text-message consent, which we keep for as long as we might text you and as proof of your opt-in. Contact records in our CRM are kept while we have an ongoing relationship with you, or until you ask us to delete them.

6. Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from emails via the link in any email, or reply STOP to any SMS.
• Ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. We will act on verified requests within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR. We honor those requests regardless of where you are.

7. Where data is processed

We are a US company and our providers process data in the United States and other countries. By using this site you understand your information will be processed in the US.
